We do not offer refunds once a product is sold. We only offer exchanges for a different size in the same style purchased.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you aren’t entirely satisfied with the size, we are more than happy to exchange non-sale items within 10 days of purchase.

If you would like to exchange, please note;

Bagalleria by Maryam reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchanges.
Ensure that the product is unused and is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear will not be eligible for exchanges.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
We do not accept exchanges on International orders. Please confirm your size based on our size chart before placing your order.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
On a small slip of paper write your name, order number and the size you wish to receive in exchange and add this slip in the box.
Ship the box back to us at the return address below. You can send your return back to us with whichever courier company you like.

Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever courier company you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.

informing us that you have shipped out the product from your end.
Once we receive the return from you, we will ship out the new size to you within 10 business days.
